Prior to leaving his office, Greenspan had made several speech on the greatest challenge for U.S. in the coming years competing with the rising China. He predicted that U.S. will have a difficult time to enforce the U.S. version (interpretation) of the copyright around the world. He was right on this one, however, he did not foreseen the financial turmoil.
